Welcome to MAGENTA PHOTO online platform. Please read these terms & conditions carefully. They contain the legal terms and conditions that govern your use of and access to our websites, mobile sites, and mobile applications, as well as our provision of products and services. Certain services, promotions and features may have additional terms and conditions.
Any products ordered or services used are also governed by these terms. We may revise these terms from time to time with an updated version. After we post any changes, your continued use of our products and services will constitute your acceptance of such changes. In addition, by ordering our products or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and reviewed these terms in their entirety, you agree to these terms & conditions.

LIABILITY LIMITATION
MAGENTA PHOTO, its affiliated companies, its executives, employees, representatives or agents are by no means held responsible of any loss or damage related directly or indirectly to the use of the MAGENTA PHOTO online platform, in particular, the loss of data or profit stemming from the use of MAGENTA PHOTO’s online platform elements or the inability to use these elements. In the event where MAGENTA PHOTO’s responsibility could be retained, this one will be limited to an amount of money equivalent to the price you have paid for the products you have returned. Notwithstanding the preceding, nothing in this present article can impact any right you have as a consumer in accordance with public order laws that could be used in your case
PRODUCT PURCHASES
All information that you provide to us or our third party payment processor must be accurate, current and complete. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment means used to initiate any transaction. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card (or other applicable payment mechanism) at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes relating to your purchases. Verification of information applicable to a purchase may be required prior to our acceptance of any order.
Descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, price and availability of any products or services are subject to change without notice, and our current prices can be found on our website.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. Therefore, it is normal to notice a slight variation in color between pictures seen on the screen and the completed order. There may also be a difference in the printed result depending on the medium on which the pictures are printed (canvas, paper, cards, mugs, etc.)
Framing of images
You are responsible for the final framing of your photo print orders. Magenta Photo will not make any framing changes on your photos and will not be held responsible for the final framing of the images produced. Make sure to make the necessary adjustments in each of the products ordered so that what you see on the screen represents the desired framing.
DELIVERY
Delivery charges
A $15.00 fee will be charged for delivery. Delivery charges are not accounted by item, but by order (multiple articles constitute one order). Delivery charges can vary depending on products’ availability.
Delivery of products from MAGENTA PHOTO’s online boutique
Once your online order is completed, an order confirmation email will be sent to you and your prints and accessories will be shipped in about 15 days and the frames will be shipped in about 25 days.
Additional delays must be anticipated if a product is missing from the supplier or if it is out of stock. In the event that we should have to wait until an out of stock item is available, it is possible that your order will be held for a few days before being shipped. An email will be sent to you within 5 days of your order if a product is out of stock.
Delivery service is carried out by Canada Post. Shipping address can be different from the billing address. Your payment transaction must be completed and accepted before MAGENTA PHOTO can proceed to the delivery of your order.
The delivery of your order will be subject to the rules of the carrier. If you are absent when delivery time, it will be your responsibility to collect your order under the rules of the carrier. Canada Post will make a home delivery attempt. You will then need to pick up your package at the post office indicated on the notice left in your mailbox within 10 days, otherwise the package will be returned to our warehouse.
Your package will be delivered to the shipping address you have entered in your order.
COPYRIGHTS
The copyright of the photos taken during your MAGENTA PHOTO session remain MAGENTA PHOTO ’s property. Digital photos can be used for personal use only. The commercial use is prohibited, except for self-promotion of the photographed subject.
RETURN POLICY
Because the processing of the order starts immediately after you confirm your order and because this is a custom order, no cancellation, modification or reimbursement of order will be possible after you place your order on the platform.
WARRANTY
All Magenta Photo’s products are guaranteed against manufacturers’ defects for a year. Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty and the item will be evaluated by our experts.
