All your pictures from your Magenta Photo sessions and/or the pictures that you have imported on the online platform will be temporarily stored for previsualization purposes and production of the items you have chosen. The pictures will not be shared nor be open to the public, unless you have signed the Authorization for use of photographs Form. We will keep these picture during 30 days on the Magenta Photo platform so that you can come back to make your creative choices and your purchases. After this period, your pictures will definitively be deleted of the platform.

Authorization to use your Magenta Photo sessions photos

Before your session, Magenta Photo gives you the possibility to sign an authorization form to use your pictures. If you accept and sign this form acting on your behalf and as the representative of all other participants in the photo session, you authorize Magenta Photo to reproduce, publish, distribute, identify and generally use, in whole or in part, the photographs taken in studio to promote its merchandise and services, on any promotional element and in any media, known or unknown at this time, without limitation regarding to time or territory.

If you do not consent Magenta Photo to use your pictures, Magenta Photo commits to respect your choice. We will make sure your pictures won’t be used to promote its merchandise and services, on any promotional element and in any media, known or unknown at this time, without limitation regarding to time or territory.

Disclosure of your information

The Magenta Photo privacy policy prohibits the sale, exchange or rental of your personal information to third parties. If changes to our privacy policy affect trusted third parties, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to refuse to share your information. In addition, Magenta Photo may provide global statistics about its customers, sales, traffic patterns and site information to reputable third-party suppliers, but these statistics do not include any information allowing a person’s identification.
